The View combines state-of-the-art conference and meeting facilities with contemporary design, featuring the latest built-in AV technology and sustainable innovations. Located in the heart of historic central London, it can accommodate up to 300 delegates, offering stunning city views, seamless service, and the perfect setting to meet in style.

Our in-house caterers, Searcys, provide seasonal menus crafted from the highest quality ingredients, with sustainability at the core. Our dedicated event managers work closely with you to tailor the perfect menu options, ensuring a memorable dining experience for your event.

The Lumley Library

The Lumley Library provides an elegant setting for your meetings, complemented by the adjoining Erasmus Wilson Room, which offers a separate space ideal for catering and networking. The Erasmus Wilson Room accommodates up to 100 guests in theatre style and 48 in cabaret, creating a charming and versatile backdrop for any meeting or workshop. Equipped with modern AV technology—including two 65” plasma screens, wireless microphones, and a PA system—this space ensures your event runs seamlessly.

More than just an event venue, the Lumley Library remains a functioning medical library. By the late 19th century, the Royal College of Surgeons’ collection was renowned as one of Europe’s finest medical science libraries, lending a unique and historic atmosphere to your event.

The View

The View, located on the top floor, comprises two elegant event spaces: The Conference Suite and The Park View.

The Conference Suite is designed to host conferences and presentations, accommodating up to 300 guests in theatre style or 120 in cabaret. Adjacent to it, The Park View serves as the perfect area for catering and networking, with a standing capacity of 300 guests and direct access to a terrace boasting stunning views over the historic Lincoln’s Inn Fields and the London skyline.

Both rooms are flooded with natural daylight and come equipped with essential AV facilities, including a projector and screen accessible via Clickshare, repeat screens, wireless microphones, a lectern, and a PA system. Additionally, a stage is available for hire to suit your event needs.

For smaller group sessions or breakout meetings, we offer two additional spaces: The Linder Boardroom and The Newman Suite, each comfortably seating up to 50 guests in theatre style.
